Quote from Vegas Values: "Coast Casinos (Orleans, Suncoast, Gold
Coast) : Club Coast changed from a coin-out system to coin-in. $1
coin-in = 1 point. 1000 points = $1 cashback or comps. The dollar
value of your current point base will remain the same. For example,
if you currently have 25,000 points worth $75 in cash back or comps,
after the new system is introduced, your points will be increased to
75,000, which will be worth the same $75 in cash back or comps. Your
point balance will be adjusted to triple the current amount by the
end of the day on October 29. Thru Jan 14, 2008 they will have 3 x
points. Note: Some details are unclear and it may take more than $1
coin-in to earn a point on them."

As far as the change from coin-out to coin-in at Gold Coast goes, the
16 machines with FPDW, 10/6 DDB and 10/7 DB require $2 coin-in per
point. That was my experience as of 10/29/07.
