Tim Stacpoole was my host at Lake Tahoe and I was happy with his service. Today received an email that Jeff Bryan is my new host.
Does any one know if Tim has left Harrahs Lake Tahoe or is this just the computer assigning me a new host?
Tim is still listed as my host in Lake Tahoe on the Total Rewards website. Wished he wasn’t since he never replied to my last email in December.

Sounds like something I haven’t stumbled across … where are assigned property host’s detailed on the TR site?

Hit the My TR icon at the far right on the bottom of the app. Next hit ALL HOST red letters in the upper right of the page above the picture of your primary (nearest?) property host. This is how I do it on my iPhone App but page may appear differently on other devices.
My recently new assigned hosts at Rincon and Laughlin showed there almost immediately.
