Good morning, a question for the math people out there.

There are 800 electronic drawing single events over a six month period based on coin in on a certain Cali Indian reservation. They offer no RULE sheet. Player one and player two, have earned three xs the entries of player three and player four, who are not sharp players, nuff said. What's the chance that player three and player four get called more often than player one and two if the electronic entries are being entered in full as earned for all four players , the way they are activated? Is it obvious player 3 and 4 are being given extra entries ? Are player one and two having their entries cut in half, or much worse ? Is 800 events enough to be statistically significant ? Thank you to all who respond !

I think will need to know how many tickets in the drum as well. If it is just player 1,2,3,4 it is just a simple excel binomial calculation. If player 1 and 3 have 300 tickets each, player 3 and 4 have 100 tickets each and there are another 30,000 tickets in the drums, it is a different calculation.

Thank you for the response. I can only estimate how many electronic entries are valid and earned. I’m sure we all agree that on an Indian Reservation in Cali with no RULE sheet they can add x entries to any player they want, maybe even cut earned entries in half for , sharper VP players, or even remove certain players entries completely. So, lets say players 1 and 2 have 30,000 entries each, player 3 and 4 , 6000-8000 each. Lets assume 500,000 total entries have been earned in the period. How much does the math change if we assume 1 million entries have been earned when the computer picks the winners ? Again, im 99 % certain that with no RULES they can play with the entries by adding or subtracting player entries. What i’m trying to decide is based on the facts after 800 events what’s the price that players 3 and 4 get called more often then 1 and 2 IF, IF, the entries activate as validly earned ? Is that a small run of hard luck for players 1 and 2 based on a small sample size of 800 events , OR, no way, the entries are obviously being rigged ? Is 800 a significant sample size in this case ? Thanks again many others are hoping for an educated response .
