This is what it says right now on the Web site: 11x slots/7x vp Oct 8, 14, 28 & 31. 10x slots/5x vp every Thurs and Fri in Oct plus 10/7 & 21. Young at Heart 50+: 10x slots/5x vp Mon. (Limits apply.)

This is the part I am questioning – do you have this information from another source than mailers: 10x slots/5x vp every Thurs and Fri in Oct plus 10/7 & 21. My mailer says 10x/4x every Thursday, not 10x/5x. There is no mention of bonus points on Fridays. And there is no mention for 7+21 – perhaps they ARE going to have this EVERY Sunday in October, like before, and, miracle, you found out earlier than the Sunday morning newspaper!!!

I believe there will be 11x/7x points tomorrow – last day of September – at Gold Coast, Orleans, Sam’s Town, and Suncoast. Does anyone know differently?

Also, there are some reports that since the middle of the month there is a TOTAL limit of 10K for this bonus among the first three of those, rather than 10K limit at EACH property. Did anyone personally find this new cumulative limit in effect last Sunday.

This all is giving me a headache as well as the information below for October – a major change between my mailer and this new information (below) that came from the Gold Coast marketing director.

The only thing that keeps my headache from becoming completely debilitating is that the new and changed information is about good/improved promotions!!!!!

There is a sign to the left of the slot club booth
that stated 7X on VP every Sunday in September.

G'luck all,

Hi Merla,
I got my first mailer from Gold Coast and it says 11xslots/7xVP only on Oct 14 and 28. It also says 10xslots/4xvp on Thurs only. Tonight, before the drawing at Gold Coast it was anounced that on Thursdays and Fridays it will be 10x slots/5x VP. Maybe the Sunday promotion of 11xslots/7x VP will be advertised in the papers tomorrow for all Boyd coast properties.
When I see these discrepancies between the mailer and actual promotions, I conclude that these properties are struggling and trying the find the right balance of promoting business wtih out giving away too much.
