I always thought casinos had to get approval from the Gaming Control Board to change payback percentages.
Is that just for slots?

No, this has never been true. When they had to change chips, there was a lot of paperwork. But if you are just changing games showing from the same chip you don't have to inform Gaming.

Depends on the jurisdiction...NV is fairly liberal, but in NJ, IIRC any odds/chip/motherboard changing must be done in presence of a CCC official. Have no clue about MS/LA/IN/IL/MI/MO etc.

Tribal...probably depends on the tribe, but usually, it's whatever the tribe feels like doing.

The four 25 cent 3-Play progressive NSUD machines located between the buffet and Club Tequila seem to be gone. I searched the casino but could not find them. If anyone knows where they were moved to, please advise. But I think they are 'history'.
