Scot Krause's Final REEL DEALS Column - 9 DEC 2009

This is Scot's final ON THE CHEAP and REEL DEALS columns.
They are casualties of Gaming Today's current retrenchment mode,
because of the economy.

A big thank you to Scot Krause. Over the years I
found many gems in these columns. Good Luck Scot,
I'm sure there are other way's to profitably occupy
your talent.

Second that. You would think that the casinos or visitors bureau
would do more to supports Scot's collums which are the best publicity
for their promotions.

Good luck Scot. Illegitimi non carborundum.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts and comments. Makes me feel good anyway.

Regards,

Scot

So why did they hire some woman to write a column about slot Mega
jackpots? At least Scott's info was useful.

I've been in FL for a few months and catching up on reading vpFREE as
we head back out west. I was shocked to hear about Scot's column being
canx. It was highly useful and will be sorely missed.

Gaming Today was cutting back way before they let Kraus go. The paper
hasn't been the same since Singer left. This weeks issue has the same
amount of pages as the Super Bowl issue. That should tell you
something.

And one of their columnists, Sid Diamond, was congratulating the owner
for going "green" by publishing less pages. What a joke that was.
