What does this mean and how do you do it? Speak slowly in plain

English, not computer language to explain it please.

It means that everytime you go to a vpFREE DataBase
page you should immediately click on the "refresh" or
"reload" button (it's called refresh on some browsers and
reload on others) on your browser's toolbar. You can also
find one of these options in the "view" directory at the top
of your browser.

Here's some background:

Recently, when clicking on a vpFREE DataBase page,
I often have to refresh the page in my browser before it
shows the latest update to that page. And, I've also heard
that others are having the same problem.

If anyone has any ideas why this is happening, please let
me know via private email. IN THE MEANTIME, ROUTINELY
REFRESHING YOUR BROWSER WHEN YOU GO TO A
DATABASE PAGE IS ADVISED. <<<
