At our local casino a $1000 on a TITO machine is NOT a handpay. It is easy to
leave a RF (lol) on the machine (provided, of course, you get one). All you
have to do is take your ticket out and leave that game(MG) or machine. No hand
pay, no play off.
It would seem since it could be a fairly frequent occurance, the casinos
would have a fairly easy solution.
