Where did you get the scoop that Senator Prentice received campaign
donations from the Tribal Casinos?
Sorry for not responding to this question earlier but I was out of state
and only accessing business email.
Senator Margarita Prentice pushed this bill through in five (5) months.
This is remarkable and shows her interest in establishing SB 6613. I believe
the state requires her to acknowledge her campaign donations, but I had the
source from a friend in Seattle that read it in the Seattle Times at the time of
her election. I called her when I read your email and she said that Dori Monson
(radio jockey on KIR 0710) has read a list of the six contributing tribes and
has clearly remarked on the smell factor.
No real scope on my part as most folks probably know this in Seattle. But
looking up the bias of each candidate certainly helps you understand what
they run with as far as legislation goes! I prefer the courts to legislation for
this very reason.
