All this fuss over a free car, lol. She won a Ford in 93' and I happened to
be with her during the delivery process. The closer in the back room asked,
"Who's this?" feeling me out. When he presented his first extra dough for the
dealer pitch I interrupted his words with "NO!!!" He seemed shocked and back
peddled from then on. This time my friend and I didn't connect so I could be
with her at the delivery process. We think we'll skip the survey and
directly contact the main office in TN with complaints about the "non refundable"
anti theft device that they didn't install and refused to refund the money but
offered to install it on the spot. And the other employee at Saturn Of West
Sahara who said, "They would refund the charges after she completed all the
payments [he didn't know it was a free car] We might also picket Saturn Of West
Sahara on their busiest sales time. A step further could be a sign on her car
denoting what we think of Saturn Of West Sahara then drive around the block
honking? Maybe.
If everybody mistreated at a car dealership fought back then buying a car
[or taking delivery of a free car] would be as easy as buying a toaster at
WalMart.
