Your card issuer won't 'not believe you', they will ask you to fill out an
affidavit. Worst case scenario they have to pull a copy of the charge slip
(with your signature), no charge slip = no charge.

My friend won a new Saturn in a drawing at the Poker Palace. When at the
dealer, Saturn Of West Sahara, they conned her into a $1000 service contract and
an anti Theft device [to be installed later] for $533. She decided to cancel
both charges. They told her the anti theft device was non refundable,
[remember, not yet installed] she said, "But you haven't installed it yet.", "We
can install it now." She went to her credit union with the credit card receipt
which showed $1533 with no itemization and no non refundable notation.

A few days later she got a call from a different department of Saturn Of
West Sahara urging her to send in the dealer survey. She told the guy about the
refund problem he said. "Oh, you'll get the refund in the form of a check
after you finish all your payments." [imagine that, he actually those words] She
said, "I won the car in a drawing, no payments."

She got a check in the mail for the $1000 but the other charge is being
handled by a complaint to the credit union. Beware of SATURN OF WEST SAHARA!!!

Tell the General Sales Manager that you can't fill out
all positive comments on the survey. If he is smart,
he will hand deliver a check otherwise he will get
dinged by the people in Tennessee for poor customer
service.
