At the harness track they have Video Lottery Terminals.
Beware VLT's at the racetracks in NYS. When they opened the "slots"
at the Hamburg, NY (Buffalo Raceway) Track, the newspaper article
stated that the Video Lottery Terminals are all hooked up to a
central terminal in Schenectady and everyone playing them competes
against one another. In other words, there is no strategy involved
in any video poker you might find. It's all like the lottery!
