Hello everybody, I just started playing at the Sands in AC and the
cashback shows up on the video poker machines but I can't find out
if I have any comps such as buffets , room offers,or anything else.
does anybody know the secret to finding this out.Thanks

Within a month you should receive a monthly mailer that will state
what you're currently eligible for.
However, you don't necessarily need wait until then for info if you're
interested in visiting in the near future. If there's a specific date
on which you're interested in staying, call and ask to speak with a
casino host.
Tell the host you'd like to return for an overnight visit but are a
new player and haven't received your first casino mailer yet. Because
Fridays and Saturdays are tough comps during the summer, and usually
limited to players who have something like $12K+ (in some cases $20K+)
daily average play, you may wish to consider a midweek (Sun-Thur)
request only.
Don't be afraid to call even if your play may not be strong enough to
generally qualify for a host's attention. The hosts at the Sands are
among the most friendly and accomodating to be found in AC. There's a
strong chance that the person you speak with will be more than pleased
to do what they can for you in advance of your first mailed offer.
