On the 14th and 15th of Nov they will shut down the player card readers
completely in order to upgrade from what seems like a primitive 300 baud system
but... in the mailer we have a 1000 point coupon to bring by and drop in a box.
I wonder what will happen on those two days, the carpet getting a hole worn
in it from gas guzzeling SUV driving players club members coming from the
other side of town for their $1 in points then leaving just as quick?
Speaking of Stations, have you noticed the Russian jumbo jet parked at
McCarran? You can see it from the Walmart Super store at Patrick and Eastern. The
Ruskies have bought all the Guaranteed Play machines and will fly them all
back to Mother Russia. Burger King is going to open hundreds of fast food
stores in the Ukraine and each will have at least one Guaranteed Play. See? Great
minds make things work out.
