I too have had problems there during their multi-point days. One day
I was playing $5 single line and racked up a good amount of points.
When I went to redeem my cash back, it was only a fraction of what I
knew I had coming. Their excuse was that the machine malfunctioned
and was actually giving me 16x points! I guess they have a whole
book of excuses to con people out of their money.
