Sams Town honored the coupons without any problems and once you played $20 through the machine, you entered your pin and you got $10 to play through. The suggetsion about doing something dishonest about "borrowing" an address in Californis isn't suggested. Use the promos as written without abusing them and they remain -If they ar eabused through false addresses watch them disappear. I have to pay the higher rate for out of the state for the monorail and UNLV. Thus being in or out of state has it's pluses and minuses.

You get a Calif friend to agree to let you "move" to their address, go to
the DMV in Barstow, [[[ STUDY THE TEST IN ADVANCE OR YOU'LL FLUNK AND HAVE TO
DRIVE BACK DOWN FOR A SECOND TEST]]] Re-move to Vegas but tell them you lost
your Calif license.
