Sam's Town info

Staying comped at Sam's for the superbowl. Usually play 6-8K a day,
all on 25 vp. Last trip I played a little multi-strike, but heard
that they have been shorted. Can anyone advise the best quarter
multi-plays. What about penny 25 or 50 play, or spin poker. Since
its superbowl week, I'd like to get my play in as quickly as possible
with the least variance so my 3k bankoll lasts the weekend, and I
still have time to see some shows and visit other casinos.

Thanks to all. You have made Vegas so much more enjoyable since I
joined the group. Ive been around since the old Lodestone days, and
you all really have helped me stretch my gambling dollars. A special
thanks to A.P., Skip, Jean, Tom, and all the others who have
patiently quided me through the maze that is VP. I hope there will
be a VP lunch over superbowl. I would love to meet everyone in
person.

A 3K bankroll should carry you through 5000 hands ($25K) of $1 JOB
under all but the most unusual circumstances. Check Jazbo's article
on Volatility and the survivability curves with 320 bets. That
indicates that 320 bets would get you through 5000 hands over 90% of
the time. You would have a 600 bet bankroll at $1 so you would be
much better off than the 320 bet curve. Database shows $ JOB in the
high limit area at Sam's Town. This is taking you at your word that
the primary goal is to get your $25000 worth of play in as quickly as
possible. Of course, the .25 dueces is a much better play that is
even more survivable at Sam's, but you would need to spend more time
playing. I have no idea if Sam's takes length of time that you play
into consideration in determining your comp value to them. As a
disclaimer, I am in no way knowledgeable about statistics, but I use
Jazbo's informtion regularly to evaluate questions like yours. Works
for me, but I may just hve been lucky.

Your best bet is to play 10 hours of FP deuces wild. That will result in $7500 coin in per day , low volatility, and
a chance of a nice score should you hit the mini-jackpot ( i.e. 4 deuces a few times ). As far as super bowl parties go, Sams throws one of the better ones - with stadium style food , open bar, giant screens, and door prizes. I'll be staying at Sam's town too that weekend and I'll see you there!
