Next night, service at Fresh Harvest faster but obce food was delivered no wttentiion fromt he staff for drink refills, desert, or anything.
If you play in the movie area the cocktail server has almost a 100m walk to get drinks and as a result if you are thirsty when ordering you are dried out when receiving your beverage. Serrvers are friendly and usually frequent but they neglected to address this problem when they expanded the casino.
Ugly: Ripoff $4.50 night "Service Charge"..I got it eliminated by getting my room comped but here is what they say it's for: It's in writing on the sheet they give you when you check in.

Despite the very large casino and many separate areas, there is no decent non smoking area, thus I confine my play to the graveyard shift mid week.
Calling a host on the phone is difficult, it rings, they try again to beep etc..
Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms after 1PM. You can get replacement towels, soap, etc if you ask but with e charge you would think they would have 24' maid service.
