sam's town bonus deuces

I was looking at some strategy cards a friend had and on the back it
had one for "Sam's Town Bonus Deuces" - does anyone know anything about
this game versus FPDW ( for now I want to stick to learning and knowing
FPDW ) but I will be goint to Sam's for a quick visit and I would like
to know anything about it and maybe give it a try. On the card it says:

always hold 3 dueces
hold 2 deuces over a 4 cd sf
no dueces
hold a 4 cd flush or two pair over an open 3 cd sf
hold an open end 3 cd sf over one pair
return 100.81

Anyone, can you explain what an open 3 cd sf is?
does it mean open like: Jd Kd Ad does open mean a gap?

I would guess that the variance might be even higher than FPDW but If
someone can comment I would appreciate it.

For all I know this game might not even be there anymore

Thanks

Return is 100.95% var is 50.39 vs 25.83 for FPDW. Yes, you need to keep the vp faith when playing.

Sam's also has 25c & 10 coin 5c FPDW near the movie theaters.

There are three 25c SBD machines on second floor. You would be facing the entrance to the western store when sitting at them. They are old coin droppers. 4 ducks and royal are hand pays.
There are three "bonus sevens" on opposite side (lower return).

No deuces:
Jd Kd Ad is 3 Royal, much higher than 3 cd sf or 2p or 1p.

open 3 cd sf is 567s - 9TJ (open on each end) over one pair
also 3 STFL, 1 gap, 7-Q high, 0,1 pen over one pair

2 pair over holding just 1 pair
