Sam's Town 6x points

MLK Day was a holiday so several casinos had competing promotions (ie. 2X
points at Coast Casinos). Try getting a machine on Saturdays when all
regular locals get a 6X points offer in the mail. It is very difficult
to get a $1 10/7 DB during the middle of the day. If you wait until late
evening you can usually find a machine. Even though Las Vegas is a 24
hours city, I've been surprised to learn that many local advantage
players treat VP like a job and tend to play on a 9-5 schedule.

I don't know about current conditions, but there used to be some team
play on that game. A skilled 10-7 player on a fast machine has an
expectancy of $30-$35/hr with 6x points, so he might sell half of his
EV to an investor in return for a sure $15/hr if he's known.

In my experience, it's been really hard to get on during 6x points.

day shift is the best time to play, swing shift is the most crowded,
night shift is the most dangerous
