If it just has a number of the bottom, it is for the Sachem/Sagamore parking
on the second floor. They changed it several months ago (used to be able to
use your Sachem/Sagamore card) because players were selling their old cards
to allow people to access the parking. Sachem lot is a lot less crowded
since they did that.
