Harrahs is fairly simple (based on tier credits). From a discussion I had
with my host a couple of years ago, MS bases their cards on a number of factors
(some of which MS wouldn't want the player to know). The cards starting with
the ones issued last September also state that current play is also required
to maintain your card level.
