I even walk the block to the El Cortez at 1:00 AM.
walking to a hotel from there alone, I dont think it's a good idea.
I'm uncomfortable there in daylight, and I'm a pretty big guy.
I remember staying at the Four Queens about 7-8 years ago. We walked over
to the El Cortez early evening.
We walked back at 3 am. My girlfriend said not to worry there would be
police all around. Well there
were not any police around. It was a fairly horrific experience.
