And the guy had pitched 6 scoreless innings for the Angels before this drunken bum killed hm and 2 others. He had a suspended licence due to his drinking. He should be charged with 3 counts of murder.

Evidently Mark died of a brain aneurysm. Part of the proceeds from the "Cheapos" site is going to the Mark Sinclair Foundation.

Agreed. Driving is a "privilege". has never been a right. If you drink and drive and lose your license you are not stopped from getting araoun, just your means of getting around. You deserve jail and no new license for 10 years. If it happens again, no license anywhere but we are too lenient. If NV sees that a license is suspended for durnk driving in Ca ni license should be issued. We kill too many by drunk driving. It ha sto stop.
