To my understanding, the reason so many casinos removed 9/6 JoB is because
it's not only a fully-pay game, but the strategy is so easy. They don't make
as much from the general public's lack of knowledge regarding strategy.

It's a crazy business. I still can't figure out why Red Rock has the
Optimum Plays, but doesn't offer quarter 9/6 JOB.

Here is where my understanding ends (well, I lose understanding on a
lot of things...LOL)

However, the term "full-pay", as appled to 9/6 JOB, does not mean that
the game has an EV over 100%, when played with perfect strategy. Over
the long term (without other "perks"), a player will never be
a "winner" playing 9/6 JOB.

But then, if a casino thinks that its "take" is not sufficient on 9/6
JOB, that is a different thing. It is just that, too many times
(IMO), the term "full pay" is just misunderstood.
