I live in the Quad Cities. Neither of the two Iowa riverboats have
"advantage" VP. The best VP game at the quarter level is the 7/5 five way
progressive Bonus Poker on R/City. It can become an "advantage" game
when one or more of the progressive pools "rise to the occasion." The
IOC riverboat has zero advantage/positive VP games.........
