heavily for many many months at a locals Vegas casino where they have good
promotions. But they stopped playing August 1. Around the middle of the
month Mrs. D came into the casino and sought out the host and asked if he could
help her collect her two bounce-back coupons that had already expired. The
host said, "But you haven't been playing this month." Mrs. D said, "No, we
don't like the promotions you are having this month."
I won't repeat what I heard one host tell another host later about this
couple.
Jean - are you slamming the host with his/her 'I know you've played tons in
my casino but what have you done for me lately' attitude, or the players for
their 'chutzpah' for asking a casino host that they have given TONS of action
to for a bit of slack/courtesy and telling the truth about their lack of play
versus lying (and saying they were out of town)??
