What's the matter--have a tough time at the machines today, a fight
with the wife over the losses, so now you can't take it when I slap
some sense into you...if that's even possible??
More babble. You have nothing to come back with other than constant
and repetitive babble. I know your jealousy is overwhelming.
Especially now that I've shown you to be a complete fraud. You really
should try to do something for yourself to get over your envy of me.
And, since you're so interested, I played 18 holes of golf (like I
told you I would in a previous post). I gambled for a total of 45
minutes today and hit a RF for +940. Try not to turn any more green.

At my jobs in corp. America (NG & Boeing)....and unlike you who sat
in a closed room full of geeks who though living was based upon how
many Mercury Comets and Ford Falcons they could count on the way
home....I led negotiations at US bases around the world, and had
full
TINA authority, which means I amended and/or accepted various legal
changes as required. In case you don't know what that means, I was
required to pass a yearly exam on Contract Law and Truth In
Negotiations. No patents required......
The fantasy continues ... In any event, we all can read plain English
and can see exactly the INTENT of the compact. Your questionable
claims of experience mean absolutely nothing. We've heard them all
before and, like your claimed MBA, are most likely fraudulent.

So now do you feel better about those losses today yet,
I think I will go back and review them. Dealt K__JT of spades and up
comes the AQ. And, in case you're wondering, that makes 4 RFs in the
last 5 days. A nice way to start off the new year. The good old long
term comes through again.
As an interesting side note I wouldn't have been playing the machine
I was on except for the low valued progressive on the machine I
intended to play. However, as a dedicated APer I moved on to a lower
denom positive machine rather than play one with a negative
expectation. If you had had the same common sense you probably would
have succeeded as an APer. Now all you can do is whine and lie and
fantasize about other players.
by making
believe you'll win when you get roped into play at that stupid Mn.
casino again? You're in a serious slump, dicky the denyer. But
please
don't quit when you're behind. I'm having a hoot burying you alive!
LMAO. Give us another hoot. Owl just go back and count my winnings.

Just as easily as you are to manipulate by the casinos, so too are
you sucked in and spit out by the tribes that absolutely LOVE
idiots
like you who'll accept everything at face value. And what got you
into this spot is your insane belief that science and math control
everything. Use this issue as an example. You're WRONG, and Ya
got'cha dick in ya hand again!
It is so easy to see your frustration. How can you even utter such
stupidity as "science and math control everything". They don't
control anything, moron, they explain it. What do you think is used
to build those cars you love? Witches brews?

You're problem is you never DO think--all you do is run it through
some kind of black and white litmus test. Sorry to inform you, but
the real world--you know, the one that passed you buy and stuck you
with an addiction in your declining years--is NEVER B&W.
It is in this case. Black ink on white paper.

So, if you think you just found something I didn't already

Yup. So why'd you remove it, Einstein!! Such a geeky fool.....
I didn't.
It simply sets max and min for payouts. It has nothing to do with
the
fairness of the games as that is covered elsewhere.
You never listen because you don't want your world in TILT. It sets
nothing except limits for machine payout, good going. You can read
but you can't interpret. Here's the example I gave on the
radio: "Chairman, what happens if this "random" game is actually
hitting so many winners and/or so many jackpots that it's at a
payout
level of 99% when it's examined?" The reply: "Mr. Singer, the
machine
is set up so as that scenario is impossible and it will never
happen,
which is why we ALWAYS will be compliant with the Prime Directive
claus XXX." Right from the chief's mouth and on 620 KTAR on an 8pm
show. That satisfied me. Figure it out for yourself.
So, when did you have this radio show discussion about the MINNESOTA
compact?? Oh, you mean it wasn't about the MINNESOTA compact. So, why
are you bringing it up here? Why? Because you don't have a leg to
stand on and you are grasping at straws. Just so everyone else knows,
I doubt there is ANOTHER state that has a 98% limit.
> That's not what it says. You are trying to stretch the meaning
to
fit your own twisted mind. They can't do something "regardless" of
the requirement for fairness without invalidating that requirement.
They are mutually exclusive. This stupid attempt to save face is
making you look like a little boy who wants to run home to mommy.
You're making this up as you go along, right? You can't possibly be
this stupid and thick, correct?
Justs the facts. Do I need to post that URL again? I had nothing to
do with the compact. It was prepared through negotiations by
attorneys for both parties. It simply says what it says and you can't
change that. It proves you were wrong, are still wrong, and it
appears will always be wrong, since you can't admit your mistakes.

In geek language, it's not a true RNG--and you know that. You were
just looking for something to get back at me on because you're
sinking so fast and so deep. And every word I write puts another 5#
weight in the anchors.
Everyone knows that VP games utilize pseudo-RNGs. Is that what you
were so clumsily trying to babble? That's why they have TESTING
requirements. Are you really this stupid???

Huh? I thought YOU were the one that so proudly said the Mn. tribal
pact was the spittin' image of Nevada Regs!
Yep. And, as long as the machines pass the testing requirements
that's all that is necessary. You were off in lala land trying to
come up with some kind of conspiracy theory based on NOTHING. All
this in a vain attempt to cloud the TRUTH. All you are doing is
making yourself look like bumbling idiot. Gee. Maybe aliens actually
control the machines? We are pretty close to Area 51. Just say nanu-
nanu right before hitting draw and you'll be luckier. Is that why you
said "this seems to help me in my play strategies"?

I think I've done enough to you today, esp. after the usual beating
you took in the long sessions sucking in soot at the casinos. But
just keep sticking your hand out and I'll smack it again and again,
because experience is on my side, and all you've got is a feeling
of
knowledge from getting suckered into moving to LV to play vp daily.
You are looking more ridiculous in every post and I'm loving every
minute of it (not to mention the extra $5K in my pocket in the last 5
days).
