That upstairs bar area still had the Bonus 8/5 Spin Pokers as of Saturday. The COD September promo is kiosk driven one for 100 coins. You get a random rank. RP will not honor it on progressives, like in the bartops.
I didn't find anything better than 98.5% in my random search to add. There is plenty of Bogus Bonus 8/5-30 and Joker 17/7-4700.
