We have been going to Laughlin about three trips per year for the
last
ten years. I have yet to get a royal flush there!
My wife just got two more at the River Palms this weekend. She
now has
6 from RP and one each from GN and CB.
It is a good thing I'm able to survive by getting the 4 ducks
playing
FPDW.
Wife is ahead 12 royals to my 8. And I play more hands than her.
We
are both way behind on the royal flush curve.
Does anyone remember the name(s) for RP before it became the River
Palms?

I remember the 'ol' ST Gold River.. back then I was only a 'nickel'
slot player. Wow how times have changed.
Take heart Dennis - My DAD is way overcycled on Royals and 2s
compared to my play, although now (since he's retired),
he's probably played quite alot more than me.
But still - he's 'luckier' than I am.
Although I 'beat' him this past weekend.
On 1500 pts (around 6000 hands) - I got 2 sets of ducks,
but only 1 wild RF. However, came out about +200 (Yeah!).
My dad - on the other hand - played about 1.5x as much with 3500 pts.
(He could stay through Sunday night and play on Monday).
However, even with 14, 000 hands in, he only hit 4 sets of ducks,
no Royals (THIS time). He ended up DOWN -400.
(No worries, though, since he is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of me
with 5 royals to my ZERO!).
MArtin.
PS - DOES anyone know when the cb monthly mailers go up from $15 to
$25 or higher? Is fpdw factored in?
I played some ugly ducks Spin Deluxe to make 1500 pts.
