A $1 single line $4000 Royal Flush on the Redraw.
At the Riviera Black Hawk, Colorado.
This is a very infrequent, non-routine, and unusual hand.
And on the first and only hand to boot! Just one $5 bill went into the
machine!!
The credits are 4000 exactly! (the cell phone clipped the picture)
Notice that none of the held buttons are displayed,
as they would be on a dealt Royal or any other Royal.
Otherwise this would just be any other routine Royal Flush!!
