For full pay Jacks or Better played with perfect strategy, the Royal
cycle has been determined to be 40,390.
I am too lazy to compute what the Royal cycle is for certain
variations of perfect strategy, but maybe someone has; hence this
question. Does anyone know what the Royal cycle is in JB if you play
with perfec strategy with each of the following changes?
1) Hold three to a Royal above a high pair.
2) Hold two to a Royal -no tens- above a low pair.
3) Both of the above.
You can do the modifications in Frugal and get a payback percentage,
but not the complete statistics.
One final question. Suppose you play ten play quarters Jacks or
Better. What bankroll do you need to be 90% confident you will hit a
Royal?
