Some of Augustus tower in Caesars have room with a view of the Bellagio fountain. This is your best bet, especially if you are Diamond or higher, ask a host to see if they can book it. Some Ballys rooms and Cromwell also view it.
For New Years fireworks, Ballys has some good rooms.
Now you’re giving away my favorite room location in LV. Every time I glance out the window it’s breathtaking (last there 2 weeks ago).
Great thing is that you don’t have to compete for a high floor view … mid-tower affords the most spectacular fountain views.
