My room key was also my slot club card key.
Room keys on cruises
I have been on 9 Norwegian cruises, aboard Dawn,Pearl,Jewel,Spirit,and Gem and every time my room key was not my casino card. When I entered my cabin the letter welcoming us and casino card and drink card were on the bed.

Have to agree with you. I've been on 10 NCL cruises including Epic and my
room key has never been casino card.

On RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line)
and Carnival Cruise Lines -- your room
key IS also your slot card. Seemed strange
at first but got used to it later. . .
