Does anyone here know of any coin-in requirements to obtain a comped
room at any of the Reno casinos?
Thanks,
Mike

I don't know what the requirements are but back in March I wrote the
Peppermill.
Hi,
I will be a first time visitor to Reno. I was thinking of staying a few
days, April 2&3 with a late check out on the 4th, at the Peppermill in
a jacuzzi room. I'm a video poker player that averages about $8-10,000
a day thru. Based on this figure could you give me an idea if any of
the room charges would be covered? Also can I get in touch with you on
the phone to set up the reservation?
They comped the room up front for me. --- In

a tuff ? to answer because of the secretive nature of
the casinos.
best thing to do is go thru the posts but my expirence
is:
Atlantis= never got anything better than 1 nite free
with 1 nite paid despite playing mostly 100 play at $5
a hand,
FOOD comps are easy though
used to get free & $99 slot tourney invites all the
time but now only full price of $299, even my buddy
who got EVRYTHING including his daughter's wedding
gets nothing now.
DISCLAIMER: a lot a members get great treatment from
Atlantis YRMV
Peppermill= MY HOME= I emailed the Pepp about problems
with my points disapearing at Atlantis, ask what can
they do for me, gave 2 nites free 3rd nite $39 upfront
& i never set foot in the place before, since then I
have never paid for a room , I just email my host or
use the offers they send,
I play 10 play STP or Spin Poker deluxe or multi
strike or 5 play multi strike or bar top NSUD at
$2.50 to $5 a hand depending on the game
IMPORTANT NOTE: you must "earn your room comp" before
they will comp your food, just put it on your room
then talk to the VIP services when you leave,
Almost forgot, the little witch at the front desk of
VIP services that some of us had a problem with can be
circumvented by just e-mailing your host after you get
home, I did & got room charges for my food removed.
Per Kevin they got more than 1 complaint and in my
case my wife plays the tables quite bit & those
"points" can take a while to show up.
hope i helped
