One of the great aspects of surfing the internet is that with time one
becomes acquainted with many new words and idioms. However the
following text in Rob's article has me a little stymied:

Stop all that whining and use your own head for a change. Why do you
continue to let the casinos dictate your play policy to you? Wake up,
and give the old heave-ho to Richard Potato this time! You'll feel a
whole lot better, believe me.

Alright, Rob, time to teach this old dog something new: Who (or what)
is Richard Potato :).
