Kona and the entire Big Island was great, and my whole family had a
fabulous time. We have a home just North of the airport that's been
leased out for 9 years, so we rented a home in Mauna Kea that was
closer to the ocean than ours.
And no....we did NOT have the insane need to go on a cruise ship ride
around the islands in order get a fix for video poker like several of
the "famous names" do, because they just can't take a vacation
anymore without there being video poker machines around. Sure, I did
it back when I was a similar addict as I was being mislead about long-
term strategy and that optimal play BS. Machines no longer control me
like they did from 1990-1996, and as a result multiple trips like
this are taken every year - compliments of the Nevada machines and
the Singer Play Strategies (that are NOT available on those stupid
strategy cards best used as drink coasters BTW, because they're
FREE!).
How was Kona?

My guess is you'll never see any examples, simply because Cogno
whatever is himself a long time vp loser with an envious axe to
grind
with any vp winner who doesn't think like him. BTW---he was an
avid
fan and supporter of little dicky mustain, and you could feel his
pain when the loser bit the vpFREE dust!
