Rob on the comps forum?

I sensed the vp admin was itching for a protracted discussion, of
which this will not be.

Not at all. I was just checking to see if an invitation
had been extended to Rob.

First off, I wish Rob would join Casino Comps. I think the comp
perspective on his style of play would be quite informative for
everyone. To be 100% clear, Rob please join the Yahoo Group Casino
Comps, is link is provided at the bottom. BTW, Rob how do you get
marketing offers if you don't play with a card. Unless you only use a
card when you play at certain denominations. See, Rob would have a
wealth of information to share.

I look forward to Rob's participation on the comps forum,
and congratulate thymos mavin on following through with
an invitation.

Second, I think it is quite insulting of the vpadmin to accuse Rob of
being a pariah, as if being cast out of vpfree shouldn't be worn as a
badge of honor.

Rob has never been cast out of vpFREE, and I didn't accuse
him of anything.

Rob has an interesting approach to shifing the normal distribution of
returns from video poker games, without reference to long term
expected returns of the games. I would describe it as having
leptokurtosis with the median to the right of the mean. But enough
talk of third and fourth moments.

Rob's approach to forum participation has always been
interesting also.

I would much rather hear about Rob's experience than Dancer's inane
rants about penalty cards that may effect returns 8 decimals out.
Anything Dancer has to say about video poker strategy is already
readily available to anyone with a computer, hence his presence on
any forum is completely superfluous.

If you say so.

Yet the admin readily puts up > with Dancers rants, and
unprovoked attacks on fellow vp writers, all the while
claiming no bias.

Another one of the mavin's executive summaries that
I've learned to take with several grains of salt.

BTW, I don't believe Dancer would not be welcome on casino comps
...too annoying.

I was going to ask you about this, but I see you removed
the "not" in a later post.

100% correct.

The problem with my participation on vpFREE is I am open, truthful, and
straightforward with aggressive opinions and various facts that I
continue to gather for when I make a point. That causes some disruption
of the normal flow of responses. It irks some, but not really that
many. I believe most welcome lively debates that at times border on
embarrassing others because, being public figures who have agendas
different than most, they are targets for sharpshooters such as me--who
not only do their research....they purchase information on certain
individuals which in turn allows me to be ultra-confident in that which
I am saying. This baseline position is why many members choose only to
read me while 'staying out of it' and is also why a good amount of them
opt to receive my e-newsletters.
