Road Work on I-15 from LA to LV over 4th of July weekend. HELP

Having known many government workers, including one intimately (Brad), you can replace "union road worker" with "government employee."

Brad's favorite expression is: "You can never make up a missed break." That's why he is so relaxed, I guess, after 30 years of government service. He's had lots of practice. I have been trying to learn from him for 21 years, but with limited success.
