River Run/Harrahs Music Ad
Don't you have any interest in Foreigner or REO Speedwagon? They are
playing at the Flamingo outdoor stage on the same dates as Cheap Trick
and Marshall Tucker Band. It is interesting in that only one big
concert is playing on Saturday night, and that is Hotel California
(Eagles Tribute band) playing on a paying stage at Harrahs. Those of
you that have spent some time at Kokopellis (Edgewater) will recognize
this group as regulars on the free stage for several years. Kokopellis
has boarded all the entrances but one, and they have no more free acts,
so those days are behind us. I just wonder what kind of draw they will
be when you have to pay to see them? Now if the Doobie Brothers were
playing again, I would really be interested.
