I live in Laughlin, Nevada, and my parents came to visit me this
last week. They stayed at the River Palms hotel. While we were out
one night, someone who had a key to their room (obviously an
employee) went into their room and stole my parent's digital camera
and cell phone. The security at River Palms did absolutely nothing
about it. They did not comp. my parents or offer them a free meal,
or even say that they were sorry this happened to them. They just
put my parents off and said that they would have an answer by Friday-
the day after my parents left. This happened their first night at
the hotel, and they were there for 5 nights! I am going to tell
every person I know not to stay at the River Palms, unless they want
the employees there to steal from them!
