Rio's Masquerade is not over - just changing

The majority of the stage shows all over the country do this.

The performers have contracts for a fixed period of time.

Some will get rehired and some won't.

It's not uncommon at all.

According to Norm's column in the LV Journal which first reported that all
70+ performers and crew of the Rio's Masquerade in the Sky had been fired,
now the word is that the show is being changed and new performers/crew
will be
hired and the show will restart shortly.

I find it strange that they would just fire everyone and rehire.

This has all to do with the bottom line (money) the
new hires will be making less money and the would be
stars will be out.
