I remember this from when I was playing at the Harrah's casinos in Las Vegas. They would mail coupons for cash at the equivalent of $1 for every 450 points earned. You kept the reward credits to use for comps.

I haven't got any bounceback cash from Harrah's Las Vegas properties in years. Do others still consistantly recieve these? Perhaps the database should have this reference removed since it does not apply to everyone.
