Richmond, BC Casino

Hey all,

I looked in the database and searched the archives, but I did not see
anything. I'm in Richmond, BC (outside Vancouver) for most of the
next few months and they have a nice looking (from the outside)
casino. I'm willing to scout out the VP, but before I do so I wanted
to make sure it is based on a real deck of cards rather than just
being a glorified slot machine.

Does anybody know anything about the games here? Worth looking into?
Or a complete waste of time? It looks like they have a good size
poker room, so if the VP is trash, I'll just go that route...

Thanks.

Ken

Hey all,
I looked 9 months ago and it was scary bad pays. It can't hurt to
check it out and get it on the data base.

I've checked out 3 or 4 casinos in the Vancouver area, plus a few in Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops.

Everything I found was 94-97% with one exception:

2-3 years ago, the Richmond casino had one bank of $ pickem on the second floor. As I remember they were slantops.

The machines are typically IGT and Ballys - they look like Nevada machines, seem to play like Nevada machines. Don't know about legislation.
