My FREEvpFREE Message #5358 is an accurate account of the private
emails between rgmustain and myself. Here's a recap of those messages:

I told him that he would have his posting privileges revoked on all
vpFREE forums if he didn't agree to observe our rules and policies
in the future.

He did not agree to follow the rules and policies in the future and
said to go ahead and ban him. He also told me that "effective
immediately" he would no longer post on vpFREE until he received
an apology from me for my "childish behavior". After he told me this,
I revoked his posting privileges on all vpFREE forums.

emails between rgmustain and myself. Here's a recap of those

Appreciate the clarification because, like MC, I was under the
impression he elected to stop posting.

It's an absolute shame to lose him from vpfree. Dick has a superb
knowledge base (first to create a strategy for OEJ etc) and his
frequent posts (in the manner of great teacher) were all "must
read." I sense you also recognize the value of his contributions.

Dick is a man of principle who will challenge misinformation, muddy
thinking, and arrogance and I think he was deeply offended to be
treated in this manner (being given the above ultimatum) because it's
his nature to be helpful, not malicious.

Diplomacy, empathy, and mutual respect could have saved the day ...
and might still. I hope the two of you will resume communication.

How about we all wipe away the tears together--for the man who NEVER
gets banned everywhere and is everyone who agrees with him's best
friend-to-the-end! What goes around comes around. Dick was astounded by
the fact that there was someone here who had more authority than him.
Now do you still wonder why he was put out to pasture at IBM and
entered the early retirement pool? Cry me a river.....

This anal neurotic challenges anyone who he's afraid might be even a
tad bit more intelligent than he thinks he is. Of course he has a deep
knowledge base on vp because his life is controlled by the game and he
has no other life BUT video poker. He also knows the game is impossible
to beat playing every day without extreme, continued good fortune, and
his frustrations with me is proof positive that he has never won a
thing. Losers hate those who win and can prove it. Losers like him also
escape every bet and challenge to his fantasy by backing out at the
last minute. He never did get used to the strength I showed against his
obvious full-of-it delivery. Geeks never do get it when someone tears
apart their impossible-to-shred pretend logic.

BTW--Your "man of principle" never showed last Friday night at South
Point to supposedly prove he won in 2007. Another of his last minute
escapes I expect. I've already started to write the article.

Dick has done things with probability that have never been done before
with VP games. I have spent considerable time verifying his statistics.
He has analyzed a couple of games that I still haven't figured out, for
example, Black Jack.

I am very pround to list him as a contributer to WVP, and I am very
pleased to consider him a friend.

Jim, I don't think Dick wanted you to release that information.
First, if he weren't banned then he'd take absolute exception to the
fact that you had to verify his stats. That would embarrass him
immensely. And now that you went and told everyone he's a contributor
to your program, that further complicates all the stories and BS he's
been feeding us over the years. As red-faced as this makes him, it's
probably best he can't come on here and humiliate himself any further.

Translation: I'm a LOSER because I hate winning advantage players and
back out of every bet I make. My "full of it" delivery was no match
for Dick's "strength" and my pretend logic ended up being torn to

Amen! I'd like to also emphasize that he's also "walked the talk"
using his encyclopedic knowledge of VP to become a successful
advantage player.

His status as an elite player is well-deserved and his many followers
hope he finds another forum to impart his stellar knowledge. Time
and space permitting, I may have further information about his many
other accomplishments.
