After an exchange of private emails between rgmustain and
myself, he has decided to stop posting on vpFREE.
I sent him the following email yesterday:

His response did not agree to observe the rules in the future
and said, among several other things, that I should go ahead
and ban him if I wanted to.
I then sent him the following email, in case he wanted to
change his mind:

Effective Thursday 3 April, you will lose your posting

He responded and said, among several other things, that
effective immediately he would no longer post on vpFREE
until I apologized to him for my "childish behavior".
In most respects he was a valuable participant on vpFREE
and he will be missed.
