Revel's Loss Rebate

I don't agree with it or like it, just saying a skilled table games player playing within the rules is used to the treatment. The cocktail waitress example hasnt happened and its not a direct comparison. I hope that those who played it honestly and got screwed are reimbursed, but I don't think it's likely that gaming would rule in their favor.

Since when does "management" have "the right" to abrogate an

If you place a bet on a blackjack table, the casino management does not
have "the right" to have the cocktail waitress swipe it off
the table, quoting it's "right" to do as it pleases.

Thing is, revel is likely within their rights to deny anyone they choose
the promo, even if they play within the rules, the management reserves all
rights clause. Silver sevens, formerly terrible's, stiffed me on their 10%
table games rebate onlosses over 1k the second time I tried to collect it.
They had ample reason for them not to want me to play blackjack there based
on skill level whether or not I played within the rules.

But I do admit to some vanity here. I haven't been in the types of casinos
you guys play for almost 7 years. Everything is totally different here. But
I was extremely confident that, with hundreds of different kinds of games
available these days, someone would find a way to beat the cardreaders at
Revel. And I was right. Whether they get the rebates is another question.
