Revel's Loss Rebate

Thing is, revel is likely within their rights to deny anyone they choose the promo, even if they play within the rules, the management reserves all rights clause. Silver sevens, formerly terrible's, stiffed me on their 10% table games rebate onlosses over 1k the second time I tried to collect it. They had ample reason for them not to want me to play blackjack there based on skill level whether or not I played within the rules.

I only posted it here after it became public information vis a vis WoV. But I do admit to some vanity here. I haven't been in the types of casinos you guys play for almost 7 years. Everything is totally different here. But I was extremely confident that, with hundreds of different kinds of games available these days, someone would find a way to beat the cardreaders at Revel. And I was right. Whether they get the rebates is another question.

We'll see if the bigger news outlets pick up on the story.

Since when does "management" have "the right" to abrogate an
expressly-stated agreement with a customer.

If you place a bet on a blackjack table, the casino management does not
have "the right" to have the cocktail waitress swipe it off
the table, quoting it's "right" to do as it pleases.

Exactly, management may "reserve all rights" but in NJ they don't have the right to exclude law abiding citizens of legal age. In NV, for now they do, except in North Las Vegas, but that will likely change at some time in the future. Any business will have a tough time trying to claim in court that they can exclude anyone with no reason at all. That would be just a run around around the civil rights act.

The rules do not say "management reserves all rights" for any reason whatsoever. It reads exactly this: "Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice for any reason subject to any applicable regulatory approval." Do you seriously believe that the NJGC would allow Revel to retroactively steal $100K from a player who has earned it by following the rules of the promotion. They may be able to end the promotion at a certain point but players would still be due any accrued rebates they have earned to that point.
