I heard a rumor that many players are suing the Revel for what it did
in last month's promotion. Is this true?

What did they do?

Sorry that link doesn't seem to work. Let's see if making it a "timyurl" helps.

This will either work, or be the third strike. (Not sure why URL's aren't pasting in as working URLs, but only as text). If this doesn't work - either GOOGLE this headline from the NYPost, - Gamblers sue Atlantic City casino Revel over 'deceptive' money-back ad promise - or go to their website.

If it doesn't work google "new York post revel", that worked for me. This is a huge class action lawsuit but it's done by the deceptive advertising grannies rather than the people that were banned from the promotion. More giant lawsuits are probably on the way.

On GWAE Bob Nersessian said that his phone had been ringing off the hook by players who dumped money then were told they weren't eligible for the rebates. He said New Jersey lawyers were interested in the case and he would likely be a consultant to them if or when the case moved forward. He specifically referenced the Uston case as to why Revel had issues.
