Resorts

They have improved paytables but in many cases they are still less than
full pay. The eight 25c full pays (9-5TP+,NSUD, 9-6 jacks) in the basement
are still the only 25c full pay. A number of dollar games have 9-6 jacks.
The $1-5 way DDB progressive in the third floor table games room is now 9-6
and is often a positive play. The main section of the third floor room has
improved paytables but are still not full pay. The two $1 3/5 play White
Hot Aces on the back wall of the 3rd floor are now 9-5 (full pay). The 25c
Fast Action can be playable at times but the variance is through the roof.
The only game that can be playable in that group is 6-5 jacks. (All other
games in that group are about 2% less but DDB is more popular!!) None of
the nickle or 25c multi-line games are playable. At least it is a step in
the right direction. I was there last Sunday and I will be there tomorrow
morning for a short time. My mom has a one in 75 shot at the $100k Ditka
drawing (Majestic Star) so I know who we want to see at our condo this
Monday night!!

The Friday Sun Times gaming column indicated that Resorts has upraded
the pay tables on 180 of 209 VP machines. Has anyone been there
recently to verify?
